Nationwide Delivery

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $12.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in Australia! You have the option to have the gift box sent straight to the recipient or to yourself.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Not at the moment unfortunately.

What are you processing and delivery time?

Place your order by 12pm, and we'll have it dispatched the next day. Please allow another 3-5 business days for delivery.

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer express shipping on a case-by-case basis. Send us an email via the Contact page or send an email to hello@kadobox.com.au. We'll work with you to make this happen. :)

What if the recipient is not home?

By default, signatures are required on delivery. So the courier will leave a card when no one is home. However, if you decided to give "Authority to Leave" instructions, we take no responsibility of lost or missing gift boxes left when the recipient is not home. We also cannot be held responsible for any items that perish if they are not received personally by the recipient.

Where do you hand-deliver?

We deliver to every suburb in Canberra and surrounds for free.

When do you deliver?

We hand-deliver the gift boxes for free on Saturdays - ensure you place your order by Friday 12PM.

Can you tell me what time the gift box will be delivered?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee you an exact delivery time.

What if I needed a gift box for a specific day and time?

We do offer priority delivery for $12 on a case-by-case basis. Send us an email via our Contact page or directly to hello@kadobox.com.au, and we'll work with you to make this happen.

What happen when the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the gift box in a safe place. If this is not possible (e.g. no safe place or on a hot day), we will take it back to our studio. We can redeliver the gift box at an additional fee of $12. Please note that we take no responsibility of lost or missing gift boxes left when the recipient is not home. We also cannot be held responsible for any items that perish if they are not received personally by the recipient.

What happens if the recipient lives within a secure complex?

If the address is located within a secure complex, please make sure that the recipient is home on the day of delivery or specify a safe location where the gift box can be left. If neither is available, we will call the sender (if a phone number is provided at checkout) and/or the recipient (with permission from the sender). If all else fails, we will have to take back the gift box to our studio. A delivery fee of $12 will be charged if we need to redeliver the gift box.

 

Gift Boxes & Services

Is a card included in the gift box?

Of course! We include a blank notecard where we'll hand write the name of the recipient or a greeting (Happy Birthday, Hello, Just 'Cause, etc.) on the front and your personal message on the back.

How will the gift box be packaged?

Your gift box will come in a white rigid box. The box is lined with Kadobox tissue paper and is filled with shredded paper so that the products don't move around too much. The box is then tied up with a black string with your notecard.

How do I upload photos for my gift box?

When you click 'Add to Cart', an Image Upload box will appear asking you to upload your images. Alternatively, you can complete your purchase and send your images to hello@kadobox.com.au.

What if I needed to send gift boxes to different recipients with different addresses?

In this instance, you'll need to do separate purchases for each recipient/address.

Can I customise my gift box?

We absolutely love creating custom boxes, and good news! You can now do that without having to even talk to us. Check out our newly added Create Your Own Kadobox section.

Do you do bulk orders?

Why, yes, we do! Please email hello@kadobox.com.au so we can arrange this for you and find you the best shipping rate. You can also request for our Corporate Lookbook here.
